what I really love is the shade. Seriously, I have not hardly even used the A/C (compared to in the O.C., where we didn't have any shade over our condo)
Here is a picture of the balcony, which has been given to the spiders. At first, I thought I would just wash the spiders away. Then I realized they were poisonous.
