silly me

silly me, I have been so worried, I forgot the promises of God.

I have been concerned about everyone else, thinking, "So-and-so fools around, another Christian fools around, there's grace for them, but what about me? what reward do I get?"

I forgot that God promised me, "With honey from the rock, I would satisfy you." Ps. 81:16 So, what I am doing, not fooling around, must be somehow more satisfying than fooling around with a Christian man. I guess it is, not that I have anything to compare it to. Since I have nothing to compare it to, that is why I question God.

But really, when God speaks to me like this, I feel like He is saying, "I haven't forgotten about you," and "Your concerns are important to me." silly me.
